Innovation Learning Collaborative (ILC) learning sessions provide opportunities for teams to learn together, work together, and share experiences. By using measurement and collaborative learning, teams ultimately improve access, transform patient/provider experience, and improve health outcomes.

  • review & evaluate the effectiveness of strategies utilized to work towards your goals
  • develop action plans for the next PDSA cycle priorities

  • Provide opportunities for networking & peer consultation.
  • Participate in Advancing Practice Sessions & incorporate learnings into unit specific sustainability strategies.
  • Review improvement strategies utilized & identify areas of opportunity through team discussions.  Develop action plans for sustaining the quality improvement gains to date and continued implementation of additional delirium related critical care best practices.
