We are hosting our event at the MacEwan Conference & Event Centre at the University of Calgary. The hotel is 400m away from the venue (4 minute walk).
The conference centre is located 400m north of the hotel.
The Hotel Alma is located 20km from downtown on the University of Calgary campus. Parking is available at the Arts Parkade adjacent to the hotel. We've blocked off their standard room, which has 1 queen bed, complementary continental breakfast and free Wi-Fi.
AHS staff:

When you connect with Jeannette, please ensure you have your cost centre available, as it will be needed to book the room.
Non AHS staff:
To reserve a room please quote “Quality Summit” with the Hotel Alma, to get the room booking rate for either October 23, 24, or 25. We have secured rooms for $139.00/night (plus tax).
Patient and Family Advisors and PACERS:
