In 2017 Calgary Zone completed a quality improvement project using AHS Improvement Way (AIW) quality improvement processes and PROSCI (ADKAR) change management principles.
A3 template guided the team through the steps of AIW as they built understanding and created strategies to increase uptake of advance care planning practices with both healthcare providers and patients.
