The Claresholm Centre for Mental Health & Addictions is a 108 bed facility with an attached outpatient program (community support services) of 40 spaces. There are four primary inpatient units at the site include Concurrent Disorders, Active Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Extended Psychiatric Rehabilitation and Transitions Unit.

Professionals at the Centre believe in each individual’s potential for development and success. Our team includes nurses, social workers, psychiatrists, psychologist, physicians, pharmacists, recreational and occupational therapists, dieticians and other mental health providers.

Once a patient is ready for transition and re-entry into community living, follow-up support, outpatient programs and outreach services are coordinated for patients. These form a comprehensive treatment model with various service options for patients.
