All current appointments are being held virtually using the Zoom platform.
Instructions will be sent to your e mail address by the clinic staff. This will include basic instructions and confirmation of appointment time.
If you are unable to utilize the virtual platform, contact the clinic.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellation and rescheduling.

Once you have met everyone on your team you will have ongoing monthly (or more frequent as required) appointments with different members of the team to prepare you for surgery.
You will also attend virtual classes that will provide information you need to successfully prepare for lifelong success.
You will be asked to sign a participation agreement that outlines your responsibilities while participating in the program.
