Fairview Health Complex sets specific outpatient service hours

January 4, 2022

FAIRVIEW — The Fairview Health Complex has set specific hours for outpatient services at the hospital which began Monday.

Outpatient services — for patients seeking medical care for non-urgent issues, or minor ailments — will be available at the Fairview Health Complex between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., seven days a week. Patients must register at the emergency department and will be assessed and triaged by nursing staff prior to being seen by a physician.

The emergency department remains open 24/7 for urgent medical needs.

Patients seeking medical care for non-urgent issues or minor ailments outside of the specific outpatient service hours may experience longer wait times to be seen by a physician.
