Residents in La Crete invited to info session on healthy living program

LA CRETE — Alberta Health Services (AHS) and the True North Health Advisory Council (HAC) invite area residents to attend a virtual information session on the Alberta Healthy Living Program.
This Zoom session will be held on Wednesday, Dec. 1, from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This is an opportunity to:

• Learn about the range of workshops offered by the program, including heart health, diabetes, nutrition, supervised exercise program, stress and self-management.
• Discuss and problem-solve challenges and opportunities facing the community members in attending virtual group education.
• Find out more about the True North HAC.
