Walk-in clinics for COVID-19 immunization at summer fair in Lethbridge

LETHBRIDGE – Walk-in clinics for COVID-19 immunization will be offered for two days during Whoop-Up Days in Lethbridge.

Albertans born in 2009 or before who attend Whoop-Up Days Sept. 3 and 4 can receive a first or second dose of COVID-19 vaccine, without an appointment, from 11:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. at the Lethbridge Exhibition West Pavilion.

A limited number of vaccines will be available.

Please note, you will be required to wear a face mask and use hand sanitizer when visiting the site for your immunization. Bring your Alberta Health Care card if you have one, along with photo ID.

Please do your part in helping keep our communities as safe as possible. We encourage all Albertans born in 2009 or before to protect themselves and others by getting immunized as soon as possible.

If you are experiencing symptoms, stay home and arrange for COVID-19 testing through AHS.ca or by calling 811.
