First and second dose walk-in COVID-19 immunization clinic open for youth and adults in Consort

CONSORT – Youth born between 2004 to 2009 and adults born in 2003 or earlier can receive their first or second COVID-19 vaccine without an appointment at Consort Community Health Centre, 5410 52 Ave. 

The clinic will be held on July 22 from 4 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Youth born between 2004 to 2009 will receive the Pfizer vaccine; Albertans born in 2003 or earlier will receive the Moderna vaccine. All eligible Albertans are encouraged to protect themselves and others by being vaccinated as soon as possible.

Youth born between 2004 to 2009 are requested to bring parental consent downloaded from the Alberta Health Services (AHS) website or to provide staff at the clinic with a number to call a parent/guardian to obtain consent if the parent/guardian is unable to accompany them.

Those attending the clinic are asked to bring their Alberta Health Care card if they have one, along with photo ID. Use of face masks and hand sanitizer is required when attending the site for immunization.
