Lethbridge:
Medicine Hat:
All events are free and, unless stated, no registration is required.
While mental illness affects one in five Canadians, mental health touches everyone. If you are struggling – whether it's day-to-day stresses, a loss of a loved one, home or job, or family crisis – know you are not alone. There are supports in place to help you cope. Help can come in many forms and some may need more support than others. For more information on mental health and/or addiction services near you, call Health Link at 811 or visit ahs.ca/amh.
Alberta Health Services is the provincial health authority responsible for planning and delivering health supports and services for more than four million adults and children living in Alberta. Its mission is to provide a patient-focused, quality health system that is accessible and sustainable for all Albertans.
