Alberta Health Services offers local prenatal class

BEAVERLODGE — Expectant mothers and their partners are invited to a day-long prenatal class Sept. 12 at the Beaverlodge Public Health Centre.

An Alberta Health Services (AHS) public health nurse will lead the class, which will cover topics related to pregnancy, labour and delivery as well as the care of a newborn.

The event runs Saturday, Sept. 12 from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and costs $65 per couple (the cost can be waived, depending on circumstances).
