Boil Water Advisory lifted for some areas within Town of Jasper

JASPER – Alberta Health Services (AHS) has confirmed that satisfactory water quality has been restored in some areas within the Town of Jasper, effective immediately.

Areas within the Town of Jasper in which the boil water advisory has been lifted and where the advisory remains in effect are referenced in this map.

We recognize at that this time, Jasper remains under a mandatory evacuation order. Areas still under a boil water advisory will remain in effect until further notice.

Residents and businesses in the Town of Jasper where the boil water advisory has been lifted can return to normal water consumption practices; boiling is no longer required.

AHS Environmental Public Health officers will continue to monitor the situation, including sampling and testing of the drinking water to ensure it is safe for consumption, prior to lifting the advisory for remaining areas within the community.
