SWAN HILLS — Overnight nursing coverage has been secured for the emergency department (ED) at the Swan Hills Healthcare Centre, beginning April 29 at 7 p.m.
The previous Public Service Announcement issued April 15 stated that the Swan Hills Healthcare Centre would be closed nightly from 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. until May 6, due to lack of registered nursing staff and an inability to secure temporary coverage, but this is now being rescinded.
We are grateful for the support of our healthcare teams and would like to thank the community for their patience and understanding.
