Chronic pain self-management sessions in South Zone

MEDICINE HAT – Albertans living with chronic pain symptoms or who support someone with a long-term health condition(s) have an opportunity to join a free Alberta Health Services (AHS) program designed to help them take control of their health.

Better Choices, Better Health is a six-week series of workshops designed to support Albertans living with ongoing health conditions and help them explore ways to manage their health.

Participants will learn:

The workshops are led by AHS healthcare staff and volunteer leaders who live with their own long-term health conditions.

Better Choices, Better Health runs for six consecutive Wednesdays starting Sept. 13 at the River Heights Professional Centre, 88 Valleyview Dr S.W., in Medicine Hat.
