The Edson Home Care team will resume providing essential services to community clients on Saturday, June 17.

Dialysis services will also resume on Monday, June 19.

Patient safety and care remain our top priorities and we are working hard to ensure the community has urgent care available.

Inpatient admissions are temporarily paused.

The EHC was temporarily evacuated and closed due to threat of local wildfires on June 9. It was previously evacuated on May 6, and re-opened in stages starting May 9.

AHS has reached out to families and loved ones of the evacuated inpatients and residents with information. If you have not been contacted, please reach out to HealthLink at 8-1-1 (patients) or Continuing Care Access at 1-855-371-4122 (residents).

We are extremely grateful for our frontline teams, staff and physicians who have come together to support the response across AHS.
