Water quality advisory lifted for Zeiner Park Beach (Pigeon Lake)

EDMONTON/RED DEER – Effective immediately, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the water quality advisory that was issued July 1, 2022, for the water of Zeiner Park Beach at Pigeon Lake, located within the Central and Edmonton Zones of Alberta Health Services (AHS).

Water quality has returned to an acceptable level and the health risk is low for usage of these beaches for recreational purposes.

As always, visitors and residents are reminded to never drink or cook with untreated water directly from any lake or reservoir, at any time.
