Boil Water Advisory lifted for Eckville

September 7, 2021

ECKVILLE – Effective immediately, Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the boil water advisory for Eckville.

An issue with the water system in the Town of Eckville had prompted AHS to issue an advisory as a precautionary measure on Sept. 2, 2021. That issue has since been resolved, and water quality testing has confirmed that water is once again safe to consume.

All Eckville residents and businesses can return to normal water consumption practices; boiling is no longer required.
