Below is a list of the equipment purchased during the Childhood Growth Measurement Initiative with grant funding from the Alberta Cancer Prevention Legacy Fund (2010-2013).

This list is intended to support the purchase of new growth measurement equipment.

Maintenance and Calibration of Equipment

The following two resources support regular calibration of stationary and portable growth measurement equipment:

It’s recommended the Calibration Recording Logs for Portable Measurement Equipment are kept for at least 3 months. Check calibration of portable measurement equipment at least once per day if used daily or before each use.

It’s recommended the Calibration Recording Logs for Stationary Measurement Equipment are kept for at least 6 months. Check calibration of stationary measurement equipment upon installation and monthly thereafter.
