The Provincial Partner Oversight (PPO) Team works together with congregate care facilities across Alberta to ensure residents and staff have access to influenza and COVID-19 immunization to reduce the burden of disease in this population.

These resources are for providers who work at Congregate Care Facilities within Alberta. This includes Long-term Care (LTC), Designated Supportive Living (DSL) and Non-Designated Supportive Living (NDSL).

Note: Facilities with less than 10 beds are welcome to use these resources but do not fall under the requirements set out by Alberta Health for the outreach immunization program.
