AHS Continuing Care Services - Information about continuing care services in Alberta which includes a service locator tool, information on continuing care services like day programs, home care, and palliative/end-of-life care.


AHS GURU Guide to Referral Based Services for Advanced Cancer Care - Intended for patients with advanced cancer, however many of the resources listed are useful for any patient with cancer.


AHS Head & Neck Cancer Support Group - University of Alberta Hospital (Edmonton) - Peer support group for Head and Neck, and Esophageal cancer survivors, and their care partners.


AHS Healing Connections for Patients with Breast Cancer at Misericordia Community Hospital (Edmonton) - After breast cancer surgery, patients meet virtually (zoom), for two half days every week for two weeks with various healthcare professionals. Topics include nutrition, physical activity, and occupational therapy.


AHS Home Care Services - General information as well as contact information organized by zone and informational brochures for patients.


AHS Nutrition Counselling Cancer - Information about AHS Nutrition Services Program where Registered Dietitians provide education and counselling services for patients with cancer.


AHS Nutrition Education - Handouts and recipes for patients and caregivers can be found under the topic "cancer". Resources include managing nausea/vomiting, adding calories and protein, soft and easy to chew diets, and nutrition supplements.

CCA Patient Classes, Groups & Events - Classes, groups & events held by CCA, Nutrition Services, Patient & Family Education, Tobacco Reduction, and Wellspring Alberta.


CCA Psychosocial Oncology - The program helps patients with concerns about communication, stress, coping with side effects, mood changes, quality of life, body image, loneliness, financial concerns, practical support.


CCA Rehabilitation Oncology - Specialists in the program, such as Occupational Therapists (OTs), Physiatrists, Physiotherapists, and Speech Language Pathologists help patients recover from cancer-related trauma, injury and limitations.
