Kidney Health

Strategic Clinical Network

The Kidney Health SCN partners with Albertans to achieve excellence in sustainable quality kidney care and outcomes through innovation and evidence based practice. We strive to optimize prevention, early identification and appropriate management across all ages and stages of kidney health.

The Kidney Health SCN, through the Living Donor Kidney Transplant Working Group, is partnering with the living donor programs, living kidney donors and living donor kidney transplant recipients to increase awareness about living donor kidney transplantation. Our powerful patient partner testimonials can be viewed below in the News, Updates tab.
