Additional Test Information: | Requisition and CBC with Differential results must accompany the specimen if unavailable in Netcare. Patient history or indication for testing is required. For testing sent to Calgary from within the Calgary Zone: tests ordered by non-Hematologists will be screened using current CBC, Differential and smear results. Testing will only be done when one or more of the following criteria are met AND testing has not been done within the last 3 months.
