Blue-green algae advisory lifted for Calling Lake

CALLING LAKE – Alberta Health Services (AHS) has lifted the blue-green algae advisory for Calling Lake (located north of Athabasca). Monitoring of the lake water has indicated that it is again safe to swim, wade, and consume fish caught from Calling Lake.

Blue-green algae signage, previously posted around the lake, has been removed.
