AHS statement – AHS expresses sincere condolences to Edmonton Police Service

EDMONTON – “On behalf of Alberta Health Services, we want to express our sincere condolences to the families, friends and loved ones of the two Edmonton Police Service Officers who lost their lives in the line of duty, and to all our fellow frontline partners at Edmonton Police Service.

“We share a deep and close bond with all of our first responder partners, and we are with you all during this very difficult time.

“Our thoughts are also with our EMS family, particularly those paramedics who provided care and support at the scene, and to our colleagues in the emergency department. Thank-you for your selfless dedication in extremely difficult circumstances.”
