Short-term care provided in a continuing care living centre for persons living at home to provide a break for their caregiver.

Respite application is submitted through a home care case manager

Service Access

A home care case manager completes a respite application, which is then sent to a continuing care placement office.


Fees

Fees are the same as the current continuing care accommodation charges and depend on the type of respite room (semi-private or private).
