Pharmacist-supported patient care and safe drug production and distribution.Pharmacy Services are provided by: pharmacists monitoring drug therapy to ensure it is appropriate for the patient and making therapy recommendations pharmacists providing direct patient care by reviewing patient clinical status and drug therapy, identifying drug-related problems, and working with the healthcare team to resolve them the pharmacy department providing a safe, accurate, and timely drug distribution system
