Wound and Ostomy Care Team

Provides consultations by nurses with special training across the central zone to help manage ostomy or wound concerns and consultation for continence care.

Provides support to help manage an ostomy or wound, which includes:

  • one-on-one appointments
  • clinic appointments
  • teaching patients/families and healthcare providers
  • developing resources
  • developing guidelines for care
