Support and follow-up of newborns and mothers after discharge from hospital. Also offers education, support, developmental assessment, and vaccinations.

This program offers support for early discharge after having a baby, including breastfeeding support.

Services include:

• well baby clinics
• immunizations (all ages and overseas included)
• car seat safety
• school health programs
