Laboratory Services provides collection of blood and body fluids for tests ordered by your doctor or healthcare provider including a comprehensive range of routine and specialized lab testing and clinical consultations:

  • biochemistry and toxicology
  • electrocardiogram (ECG)
  • genetics and genomics
  • urinalysis
  • transfusion medicine

  • coagulation studies

  • public health testing

  • autopsy pathology

Hours of Operation
Note

This lab serves hospital inpatient, Ambulatory Clinic patients, by physician or clinic referral only.

Outpatient lab hours: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Closed Statutory holidays).

NOTE: pediatric patients can be collected any of the Patient Service Centres. Patient Service Centres offer both appointment and walk-in services for all patients that require lab work. Book online at DynaLIFE or call 1-877-702-4486 to make an appointment.
Hospital Outpatient Laboratories are available to serve hospital based Ambulatory Clinic patients, immunocompromised patients (e.g. cancer patients, renal patients) and patients requiring special collections (require special handling, are not available at PSCs, or can only be collected in hospital outpatient labs).
