Must have PEP start pre-approved by Medical Officer of Health.  Phone call to approve release of PEP kit.

Service Access

Phone call referral from Emergency Department Physician to Medical Officer of Health.

 

Fax referral from PEP kit after MOH (Medical Officers of Health) consult and approval.
