Gastroenterology Clinic

Assessment and treatment of gastrointestinal (digestive tract, liver, pancreas, and gallbladder) diseases and / or conditions.

This service provides:

  • assessment of gastrointestinal (GI) diseases or disorders
  • treatment of GI diseases or disorders
  • regular preventive monitoring of patients who have a family history of colon cancer

Provides patient education for GI procedures:

  • colonoscopy (an exam used to look for changes in the large intestine (colon) and rectum)
  • flexible sigmoidoscopy (to look inside your rectum and lower colon)
  • gastroscopy (to examine the upper digestive tract)
  • esophageal dilatation (a procedure used to widen a narrowed section of your throat) and others
