Adult Videofluoroscopy Services

 Location: St. Mary's Hospital

The Adult Videofluoroscopy Service offers help to adults who need further investigation of feeding and swallowing problems.

The Adult Feeding Swallowing Service offers assessment and education to adults to be able to eat and drink safely, and get the nutrition and fluids they need.

Investigation involves an instrumental dysphagia assessment using fluoroscopy. Common reasons for VF include neurological, post-surgical and other conditions resulting in feeding, eating and swallowing concerns.
