Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Central Access and Triage (CAT)

This is the Central Triage Department for Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR). Referrals that meet CAR criteria for amputee, musculoskeletal, neurological, post COVID and rheumatological rehabilitation or pre-driving assessments to be sent here.

The CAR Central Access & Triage department receives referrals for multiple service streams.

Specific referral criteria are found in the InformAlberta profiles for:

  1. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, including Rheumatology
  2. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Neurological Rehabilitation, including Amputee
  3. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Post-COVID-19 Rehabilitation
  4. Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) - Pre-Driving Assessment
