Goodbye Mealtime Struggles Classes

This free online class is for parents and caregivers of children one to five years of age.

Join a registered dietitian and occupational therapist to learn about various reasons behind mealtime struggles and gain strategies that best fit your child and family to help make mealtimes happy times!

This session will be held on Zoom. You can join on a computer, tablet or smart phone.


Suitable for parents and caregivers of children who do not have complex medical / feeding concerns or extensive feeding intervention

The workshop is only available to Alberta residents who are physically located in Alberta at the time of the workshop
