Dental Outreach of Red Deer Program

Free urgent dental care service is available for clients ages 5 - 18 years who have: no dental insurance, lower income or trouble paying; and, who have pain, infection, visible decay or broken teeth.

Services offered are income eligible and include:

  • free dental treatment services (ie. x-rays, fillings, extractions)
  • free prevention services (ie. sealants, fluoride, cleanings)
  • free education to reduce risk of cavities

Eligibility

Eligibility is ages 5 to 18 years with urgent dental needs and is determined by income (take home) for family size. Clients will be asked to provide proof of income (i.e. pay stubs, notice of assessment)

Service Access

Healthcare providers should have their clients call for an appointment.
Clients attend an intake appointment and proof of income forms are required (i.e. pay stubs, notice of assessment)
