Provides medical assessment to pediatric patients who have been discharged from Alberta Children's Hospital or seen in Alberta Children's Hospital or South Health Campus Emergency Departments within the previous 72 hours.Provides assessment, treatment, prevention and education to pediatric patients. Patients will be assessed by a pediatrician for follow-up of medical concern(s) Patients may be admitted following an assessment
