Transitions Classrooms Program

Provides support for students, teachers and school personnel in the Transitions Classroom Program (CSSD), Fresh Start Program (CSSD), and RISE Class (CBE), to meet the student's educational and mental health needs.

Services include:

  • support to Calgary School Boards in their mental health classrooms
  • short term individual work
  • outreach services to address school readiness for those students unable to attend school due to mental health concerns

Eligibility

Children in grades 7 to grade 12, and mental health concerns are impacting their education.

Referral Needed

Community school to discuss placement and complete referral to school based program.
