Vocational Rehabilitation Services - Mental Health

Vocational rehabilitation programs teach new skills, revive forgotten skills and stimulates initiative for clients with mental health issues.

Services include:

  • vocational assessment and counselling
  • career exploration
  • labor market information / career search
  • resume development
  • job search strategies
  • job coaching

Skill development programs assist the client to return to community based employment.

Eligibility

For inpatients who are staying in the centre and clients of the Community Support Services program.

Referral Needed

The referral for Vocational Rehabilitation programming is only from internal sources within the centre.
