Neurovestibular Clinic

 Location: South Health Campus

The Neurovestibular Clinic, also called Vertigo Clinic, is a multidisciplinary clinic integrating Neuro-otology and Vestibular Rehabilitation.

The care focuses on vertigo and provides objective testing, assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and education for people with vestibular disorders, which include but are not limited to:

  • benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV)
  • vestibular neuritis
  • labyrinthitis ménière’s disease (idiopathic endolymphatic hydrops)

Audiology and vestibular testing include:

  • clinical audiology assessments
  • vestibular laboratory assessments

Service Access

Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.

Whenever possible, a patient should be connected to a family doctor or general practitioner that oversees their medical care. Referrals are accepted by fax to Neurology Central Access and Triage for consideration of acceptance.
