Addiction and Mental Health - Psychiatric Treatment Clinic

Provides clinic based assessment and treatment for adults who are experiencing primary mental health concerns which may also include addictive behaviours that impact their personal health and wellbeing.

Individuals utilizing services will often have complex needs, with some needing more intensive support and treatment; but in either case are able to live independently or with minimal support in the community.

Care is coordinated by a mental health provider. Goal directed services are tailored to the needs of individual clients. Length of treatment is mutually determined between client and provider. Clinical services include: individual and/or group therapy, medication management and psychiatric consultation. Clients are provided with assistance to access supportive services as required as well as crisis stabilization and prevention services.
