Community Diabetes Team and Regional Diabetes Service Access

This program offers education and support for people living with prediabetes and diabetes. Community education classes (currently online) are available to the general public. Diabetes assessments and ongoing management of diabetes concerns with a health care team is done at the diabetes specialty clinics in the Edmonton area.
