Urodynamics

Urodynamics is a set of tests and methods used to see how the bladder and related structures are working in people of all ages. By providing information to healthcare providers, they are able find out the reasons behind urinary symptoms, and help find the best treatment.

The Urodynamics service helps people of all ages who have a neurogenic bladder (a condition where there is a disruption in how the bladder functions due to the nerves that control the bladder not working properly) or urination problems. It checks how well the bladder, sphincters, and urethra store and release urine.

This service includes:

  • assessing,
  • testing, and
