Location: Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre
Provides coordinated outpatient stroke rehabilitation services via a specialized interdisciplinary team that includes Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Language Pathology.Clients must be physically and cognitively able to participate in an active rehabilitation program: will participate in either a high intensity program of 2-3 attendances per week for up to 12 consecutive weeks, or a low intensity program of 1 attendance per week for up to 6 weeks must agree to attend the recommended therapy sessions per week per discipline involved should expect their progress in the program to be reviewed at regular intervals to ensure they are meeting program expectations
