Healing Connections Post-Surgical Breast Cancer Program

The Healing Connections Program supports individuals recovering from breast cancer surgery.

This program offers virtual sessions, 1:1 nurse consultant support and a in person Peer Support Program focused on emotional, social, nutritional, and physical health, helping patients navigate their treatment journey. The sessions are led by a team of healthcare professionals including a Nurse Consultant, dietitians, physical therapists, and occupational therapists.

Eligibility

Open to Alberta residents having breast cancer surgery within the Edmonton Zone. You must physically be in the province when attending the Virtual Healing Connections Program.

Service Access

Healthcare providers should consult the Alberta Referral Directory for service referral information.

This program is virtual and you can self-register for the program.
