Staff Training - Texture Modified Foods and Thick Fluids

Staff working in Supportive Living Sites and Homes may need training to learn how to prepare Texture Modified Foods and Thick Fluids for residents who require these to help meet their daily nutrition requirements.

Two training modules have been developed to assist leaders with staff training on this topic. Each training program consists of a presentation, leader notes and activity stations to train staff. The Certificate of Attendance is available for staff who complete the training.
