The Alberta Healthy Living Program offers free programs and services to Albertans. You may have access to:

Services are offered online, in person, or over the phone. Many of our services are available province wide. Some of our services are also available in Cantonese, Mandarin, Hindi, Punjabi, and Tagalog.

Exercise is an important part of managing any chronic condition. We can help you exercise safely with your chronic condition(s). Our supervised exercise services are not available in all locations.

A healthy diet is important for keeping a healthy heart, managing weight and blood sugars, and, in general, living at your best. We work with Nutrition Services to offer nutrition education.
