Grande Cache is currently without network, landline or cellphone services

911 calls can still be made from cellphones but 911 calls cannot be made from landlines. The Grande Cache Community Health Complex remains open and continues to provide care to all patients. EMS continues to be available for area residents. The cause of the issue is being investigated by Telus.

For Health Professionals

Telehealth is the delivery of health related services and information at a distance using videoconference technology through one of the largest Telehealth networks in North America.

Using a multitude of technology solutions for clinical, education, and administrative services, AHS Telehealth plays a significant role in providing a patient-focused, quality health service that is accessible and sustainable for all Albertans.

How to schedule a Telehealth session

iScheduler is AHS’ new Telehealth scheduling application, replacing the old videoconference scheduling application (VCS).

All Telehealth requesters will need to create an online account in iScheduler. Once you set up your account, you can log in to the system and submit a request for a Telehealth session. See the resources in the right hand column to learn how to create your account and schedule a telehealth session.

Note: if you made a Telehealth request in the old VCS system before Nov. 29, it will be transferred into iScheduler.

How do I access the iScheduler?
