Our role is essential to establish secure connectivity from data source systems providing patient results (diagnostic imaging, laboratory and transcribed reports) to EMR systems.
We share accountability for the eDelivery service with the healthcare providers requesting the service, the EMR vendors supporting EMR systems and the data sources providing the patient results.
Each stakeholder has roles and responsibilities leading to the overall success of eDelivery service implementation.
