Audiology Services

Provides hearing tests, hear aid fittings, and follow-up as needed.

This services:

  • provides hearing screening and testing
  • evaluates hearing aids
  • offers teaching for hearing devices and auditory training,
  • counsells people and their families who are affected by hearing loss.

You may be referred to an Edmonton clinic if there isn’t a local appointment available.

Note

Audiologists are not always on site and their professional services are dependent on availability (target to have 4 clinics/year). Audiology services may be provided in partnership with the local PCN.

Hearing Technicians and other types of hearing services may also periodically be available within the community.

Wait Times

An estimated wait time will be provided at the time of appointment booking. You will be put on a wait list and contacted as soon as an appointment is available. Urgent cases may be seen first.
