Boosting Your Brain Health

This 4-week program is targeted to adults who have heart health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and/or Diabetes and are motivated to improve their brain health to reduce dementia risk factors.

This program is targeted to adults who have heart health conditions such as high cholesterol, high blood pressure and/or Diabetes and are motivated to improve their brain health to reduce dementia risk factors. The goal of this program is to learn:

  • how our brains change as a result of our lifestyle and health conditions (Cognitive changes associated with disease process)
  • new ways to improve our brain health
  • how to set goals for day to day life that can benefit brain health (Goal setting skills and applying it to day to day wellness)

Weekly sessions are 2.5hrs long.

Fees

The Boosting Your Brain Health program is free, however some partnered sites may charge a minimal administrative fee.

Some partnered sites may waive fee for those who have financial difficulties.
